Postal Updates

Effective immediately, the USPS will not give permit balances over the phone. If you do not have your own permit number or if you use our permit number
(Zip Mailer Inc.) this will not apply to you.

If you do have your own permit number, you MUST apply for a Postal One account. This can be done by either calling Donna Burke @ (954)436-4382 or applying online. Postal One allows you to view your balance, print statements, and in the future, will allow you to make deposits.

If you would like the Mail Preparer (Zip Mailer Inc.) to have access to your balances, you MUST provide your user name and password.
